As women, we often find ourselves juggling life, motherhood (pets included), and purpose - and somewhere along the way we slip to the bottom of that never-ending 'to-do' list. I know that feeling all too well, which is why I'm so passionate about creating space for busy, overwhelmed women to pause, breathe and reconnect with who they truly are.
If you're feeling drained, stressed, lost or simply craving some sacred 'you time', my services are designed to help you relax, unwind and recharge.
Every session is a chance to switch off from the noise of daily life and switch back to being you - so you can leave feeling lighter, refreshed, re-energised and ready to shine again.
I am a qualified VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki Master Teacher.
My journey into holistic wellbeing began in 2010, when I qualified in Swedish Massage. I knew I wanted to add to this skill, but with something slightly less traditional, and it came in the form of Reiki. However, finding the right person and someone I felt connected to, to be my teacher took a long time, and I finally qualified in 2021 and became a Master Teacher in 2023. Following my own personal journey, I have a keen interest in wellbeing, relaxation and mental health.

Please note, male appointments can only be made by direct referral from a female customer (wife, girlfriend, sister, etc). After the first appointment has taken place, the male will be able to book their own future appointments.
