A proportion of the sales from this book will be donated to Young Minds to help them continue their valuable mission "to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health."

I think this book is good due to it spreading positivity and helping people's self-image so it can give people confidence so they can help themselves out there.

I think the book has very good and useful information for people with or without great mental health. It has good advice for calming people and seems quite interactive.

I like the booklet it's helpful. It gives you positive words. It makes you feel happy if you're not. It gives you positive mindset and inspirational words. The book is very helpful.

A - Age 13

I think it's very calming and using brilliant strategies to help anger and sadness. It is very good for people with bad mental health.

D - Age 14

It is very good because it helps against stress and sadness that makes you upset. It helps to write and draw about how you feel and it has quotes and poems to make you happy.

What the adults are saying...

Julia - Young Minds

We want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health, and all young people get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what. Vikki's book is spot on with the strategies it provides young people to look after themselves.

John - Subject Leader for Religion, Society and Life ant a secondary school in Hampshire

Straightforward enough that a child could use it independently but also a great tool for parents and educators to utilise to start dozens of conversations with those that they care for but may find difficult to know how to start talking about their feelings. I love this little book and the messages that you find inside.

Liz - Primary School Governor

I love it! I feel students of all ages could benefit from this book, including university students. This would be a great tool for adults to use too, especially when talking to children about mental health.

Suzie - Parent

This is such a great book. It's idea for young teens to put their thoughts and worries in, and has tips and guidance to help them further should they need it.
