RETURNS
Shamba Shack Ltd offers a 14 day money back guarantee on any faulty or damaged products. All returns must be approved by our Customer Care team and you must notify us as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team can be contacted on info@shambashack.co.uk Please provide them with details of the problem and photos, where possible, of the fault or damage.
Returned products will either be replaced or refunded.

If you have changed your mind and no longer require the product you originally purchased, please contact us on info@shambashack.co.uk. You will need to return the product at your own expense and a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
